For this recipe you will need:

 
Buckwheat flour - 4 cups
milk - 4.5 cups
Yeast - 20-25g
salt
vegetable oil for greasing the pan - 1h. l.
 

In bowl pour half a glass of warm milk and dissolve yeast in it (yeast should be fresh, otherwise the dough will not work), add 1.5 cups of milk. Stirring constantly, add the milk in a bowl with 2 cups of flour. Batter mix well to avoid lumps. Cover the bowl with a towel and put in a warm place. When the dough is suitable (you specify the 2-3-fold increase in the volume), add the remaining flour, milk, salt, stir again and put in a warm place. After the dough rise again can start pancakes. The dough will not stir, that it is not opal.
