I and my friend visit karate section. We do not only study the methods of self-defense, but also we study to be self-controlled in difficult situations, we develop our own force and deftness.
In the evenings I like to play computer games. I have the computer at home, besides I and my friends often go to computer club to play together.
It seems to me, that good friends and interesting business are reliable means of boredom and despondency.
