Each of us can see a lot of garbage in the streets. In some places thereis so much of it that it has become a real problem. People usually throw outlitter on pavements because there are no garbage bins around and they aren’twell-mannered enough to take it to a closer garbage bin. In my opinion thereare two ways to solve this problem: first one is to increase the number of garbagebins and the second option is to introduce heavy fines for people who make publicplaces dirty.
