Проще говоря, нужно выбрать - Present Continious или Present Simple. Еще желательно бы уточнить, почему.
1. I sleep/m sleeping on Nicks sofa until I find a place of my own.
2. I only work/m working there for a couple of months - Im going to abroad in the summer.
3. If you dont listen/arent listening to the radio, why dont you switch it off?
4. Theres nobody at the door. You just hear/are hearing things.

1) "Я сплю" какое-то время, без уточнения временных рамок, просто "пока не найду собственное место"
2) "Я там работаю пару месяцев" - каждый день, обычное рутинное действие.
3) "Ты не слушаешь радио" - сейчас, в данный момент, поэтому здесь время Present Continuous.
4) Как подсказали ниже, "hear" обычно не употребляется в форме времени Present Continuous, как глагол восприятия.
